Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hansel Sebastion (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hippo Potamus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Potamus moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.

It looks like Hansel Sebastion has been cut.
Sebastion sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.

Sebastion darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Sebastion content to control rather than advance.

Sebastion stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Potamus to get to his feet.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Hansel Sebastion seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Potamus really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Sebastion. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Sebastion just content to control the position.

Potamus is trying to improve his position.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Sebastion is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Potamus is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Potamus is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.

Sebastion in side control, throwing shots but Potamus defends.

A lull in the action here as Sebastion stalls from top position.
Potamus is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Sebastion asserts his dominance and retains side control.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

Sebastion shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Potamus manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Potamus wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
Sebastion slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Sebastion won't allow Potamus to sweep him here.
Sebastion controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Potamus is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Nice takedown defense from Potamus. No joy for Sebastion on that attempt.
As Sebastion backs off Potamus throws a huge counter combo but Sebastion manages to avoid it all.
Potamus stuffs the takedown attempt from Sebastion. Sebastion gets slowly back to his feet.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Potamus enables Sebastion to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Potamus manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Potamus fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Sebastion doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

Sebastion walks into a stiff left hand from Potamus.

Potamus lands a big head kick that sends Sebastion tumbling to the mat! Potamus takes a step backwards and waves Sebastion back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Potamus batters Sebastion with a massive right followed by a huge left! Sebastion is out on his feet looking like a zombie as Potamus lands a final crushing right hand to drop Sebastion to the mat with a gruesome thud! Potamus is running around like a mad man after that fight and for good reason!
