Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Frank The Tank (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hell Bent (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The Tank comes to the cage accompanied by Many Men. Hell Bent is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Frank The Tank!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Hell Bent!
The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Phil Schofield and Donald Grub.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

The Tank rushes Bent and presses him up against the cage.
Bent blocks a body shot from The Tank.
Bent is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. The Tank is defending well for now.
Bent goes for a takedown in the clinch but The Tank prevents it.
The Tank gets underhooks to prevent Bent's takedown attempt.
The Tank scores with a knee to the head.
The Tank lands an elbow that stopped Bent in his tracks for a moment.


It looks like Hell Bent has been cut.

Bent manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
Bent pulls The Tank in to control the position.
The Tank loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
The Tank being controlled here momentarily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The Tank is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
The Tank trying to control but Bent is working from the bottom.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.

Bent ducks down and throws a hook to the body but The Tank moves away.

The Tank changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
The Tank takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
The Tank uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Bent.

Bent gets tackled into the cage by The Tank. The Tank maintains the clinch.
Bent is looking for a takedown up against the cage. The Tank gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Frank The Tank has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Hell Bent.
The Tank lands a good knee to the midsection. Bent won't want to take too many of those.
Bent looks winded!

The Tank lands a knee to the body.
Bent gets underhooks to prevent The Tank's takedown attempt.
The Tank tries to work over Bent's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
The Tank tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
The Tank misses with a punch to the body.
The Tank tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Bent avoids it.

Bent is trying to trip The Tank. He has hold of a leg but The Tank is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Bent persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Bent trying to control but The Tank is working from the bottom.
My spies in Savage Empire inform me that Bent has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends!
The Tank wants to stand but Bent is controlling the position.

The Tank on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if The Tank tries to get out of the position.
Bent chips away with some ground and pound.
The Tank wants to sweep but no luck.

Bent throwing strikes from guard but The Tank blocks nicely.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Bent trying to control the position from guard on top but The Tank is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Bent advances to half guard.
Bent thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Bent connects with a nice short shot to The Tank's temple.

Bent has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
The Tank pushes Bent off looking to stand but Bent dives back in and keeps control.
Bent landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.
Bent with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.
The Tank on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
The Tank wants to get back to his feet.

Bent seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but The Tank does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Bent passes the guard and advances to mount!
The Tank tries to hold on but Bent postures up.
The Tank might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
The Tank is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
A nice elbow there by Bent.


It looks like Frank The Tank has been cut.
Bent raining down hammerfists from mount.
The Tank controls the position.
Bent takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Bent lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Hell Bent dominated that round.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!


Bent fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. The Tank looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Bent misses with an uppercut. The Tank saw that one coming.
Bent swings and misses with a shot to the body

and The Tank holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

Bent pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
The Tank avoids the body shot from Bent.
Bent throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent The Tank stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
The Tank shoots in but Bent avoids the takedown attempt easily.

The Tank darts in and clinches Bent up against the cage.
Bent misses with a knee to the head.
The Tank gets underhooks to prevent Bent's takedown attempt.
The Tank looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bent trying to land knees to the body.
Bent can't find room to land a body shot as The Tank controls the action.

Bent has The Tank pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Bent pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending The Tank tumbling to the mat - Bent dives into The Tank's guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Bent loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.

Bent lands a couple of digs.
The Tank wants to stand but Bent is controlling the position.
Bent slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Bent keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of The Tank's head.
Bent trying to control the position from guard on top but The Tank is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Bent lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
The Tank wants to stand and escape but Bent is having none of it.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Bent chips away with some ground and pound.
Bent throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as The Tank works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Bent lands a couple of digs.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Bent has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Bent throwing strikes but missing.
The Tank is trying to keep Bent in close.
Bent lands a couple of decent looking shots.
Bent scores with a decent looking elbow strike.

The Tank wants to stand but Bent is controlling the position.

The fighters are working up against the cage. The Tank manages to wriggle his way back to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched against the cage.

Bent tightens his grip and picks The Tank up, before dumping him to the ground. The Tank manages to land in guard.
Bent postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Bent trying to control the position from guard on top but The Tank is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Bent content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.

Bent throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as The Tank works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
The Tank has momentary wrist control but Bent slips an elbow through the middle.


Frank The Tank's cut is getting worse.
Bent prevents The Tank from getting back to his feet.
Bent showing good wrestling skills to control the position.
Bent landing some decent shots from guard.
Bent chips away with some ground and pound.


Frank The Tank's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Frank The Tank's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:56 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Hell Bent!
In defeat, Frank The Tank stepped up to the mic, saying 'He was the better fighter tonight. I should have been better prepared. '.
