The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Joe gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Mitchell gets to his feet - Joe follows without any prompting.
Joe uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Mitchell.
Mitchell throws a shot from downtown. Joe moves away and avoids it.
Joe looks up at the clock. Bad move! Mitchell lands a right hand from hell, dropping Joe. Mitchell pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
