Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 30 - 23 - 2, fighting out of Amsterdam, Friedrich Bergfried!
The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Luis Engracia and Edson Gomes.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shot moves out of range as Bergfried throws a body kick.
An attempted straight right counter from Shot misses the target.
No luck for Shot with that takedown attempt.
Shot throws a jab but it's blocked by Bergfried.
Friedrich Bergfried seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bergfried lands with a good body shot.
Good leg kick by Bergfried there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Shot throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Bergfried was covering up waiting for the punch and Shot finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Shot throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Bergfried works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Shot makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Shot working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Shot accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Bergfried is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Shot is controlling him.
Shot pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Bergfried is keeping the position for now.

Bergfried bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Shot's guard.

Shot looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Bergfried is defending well. Shot quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Bergfried has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Shot celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
