Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kenny Mcfadden (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johnny Staller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Staller has chosen Duran Duran - Notorious as his entrance music. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kenny Mcfadden!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Johnny Staller!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Daniel Franklin and Gwen Towbar.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mcfadden shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Staller as he avoids it easily.

Staller has managed to clinch.
Staller doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Mcfadden leaning his opponent against the cage.
Good anti-grappling being displayed by Staller as Mcfadden tries to tie him up.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Staller misses with a body punch.

That's one minute gone in the round.
With the fighters up against the cage, Mcfadden throws an elbow but misses.
Mcfadden wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Staller has him pressed against the cage.
Staller lands a nice shot to the body.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Mcfadden takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
Staller misses with a shot to the kidneys.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Staller stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.

The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch.

Mcfadden tries to pull guard but Staller holds him up against the cage and eventually Mcfadden drops back down to his feet.

Mcfadden jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Staller walks away with a smile on his face. Mcfadden gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kenny Mcfadden. That's going to take a lot out of him.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Staller moves into the clinch successfully.
Staller digs a right hand underneath Mcfadden's ribcage. Mcfadden let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Good anti-grappling being displayed by Staller as Mcfadden tries to tie him up.
Staller presses Mcfadden against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Mcfadden is trying to force a seperation but Staller has the dominant position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Staller shoots in but no luck this time.
Mcfadden appears to be looking for a big counter.

Staller shoots in and gets a takedown into Mcfadden's guard.

Staller decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

Staller tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Mcfadden's elbow.
Mcfadden is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Staller is keeping busy.

Staller struggles to land a body shot inside as Mcfadden controls his hands.

Johnny Staller showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!



Staller closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Staller lands in his opponent's guard.
Mcfadden is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Staller dives into side control.


Staller decides to stand back up. Staller steps back and let's Mcfadden get back to his feet.
Staller shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Mcfadden as he avoids it easily.
Mcfadden stuffs the takedown attempt from Staller. Staller gets slowly back to his feet.

Staller changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Mcfadden looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Mcfadden is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Staller has just dragged him back down to the mat.
Mcfadden tries to bench press Staller off him but Staller keeps the position.

Staller decides to stand back up.
Mcfadden fails with a takedown attempt.
Mcfadden shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Staller as he jumps to the side.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Staller takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Staller tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Mcfadden swivels and escapes.

Mcfadden gets caught flat footed, as Staller shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Staller stands up and waves to Mcfadden to follow him.

Staller clinches up against the cage.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Staller works on Mcfadden's body with a couple of short punches.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Staller misses with a hook to the ribs.
Kenny Mcfadden has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Johnny Staller is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
Nice body punch from Staller - that landed with a thud.

Johnny Staller comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Staller winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
