Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jorgensen Poduna (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jim John (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jim John is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Jorgensen Poduna!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Jim John!
The judges for this bout are Sandra Marshall, David Hoff and Santiago Holmes.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Poduna misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

John scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Poduna wants to improve his position but John is controlling well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
John working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Poduna tries to get to full guard but John has control of the leg.

John looks to land a right hand but Poduna moved out of range.

Well John has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
