Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Svenson Silva!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Peter Venkman!
The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Donatello Bradman and Damien Edna.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Venkman clinches up against the cage.
Venkman looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Venkman tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Silva just stands there and leans against the cage.
Silva working aggressively here.
Silva is trying to break the clinch but Venkman has him pressed against the cage.
Venkman is working for takedown but Silva is calmly controlling the position for now.
Silva fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Silva gets underhooks to prevent Venkman's takedown attempt.
Svenson Silva has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Peter Venkman.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Silva.

Silva manages to break the clinch.
Silva misses with a leg kick.
Venkman staying out of range there.
A telegraphed right hand from Silva misses the target.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Silva looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Silva waving his hands out infront of him, looking to distract Venkman.
Silva throws a hook but Venkman blocks it.
Silva scores with the left hand. Venkman knows he should have avoided that one.

Silva throws a series of punches but Venkman avoids them all with ease.
Venkman uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Silva.
Nice jab there from Silva.
Silva pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Silva lands a jab to the nose.
Silva throws a leg kick which misses Venkman's front leg but catches the back leg as Venkman tries to avoid it.
Nice defenses there by Venkman.
Venkman takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Silva bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Silva uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Venkman has time to react.
Silva looks to land a combination but Venkman avoids it well.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Silva tests Venkman's chin there with a solid looking shot.

Venkman is rocked!
Silva measures up his opponent and throws a superman punch that connects to the jaw! Down goes Venkman! The ref steps in, and that's the ball game folks!
