The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Trulli rushes Malherbe and presses him up against the cage.

Malherbe wants the takedown. Trulli is fighting it off but Malherbe persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Trulli's guard against the cage.

Malherbe drops back looking for a leg! Trulli is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Trulli manages to kick Malherbe off! Malherbe jumps back into Trulli's guard.

Malherbe drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Malherbe jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Malherbe drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Malherbe as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Trulli screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Malherbe! Nice submission victory there!
