Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Charles Ng (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mini Stipe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stipe has chosen PRIDE FC - Opening Theme Song as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ng has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Stipe is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Ng.

Stipe fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Ng sprawls well initially but Stipe persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Ng wants to hold on but Stipe pushes him away.

Ng's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Ng is bucking up trying to escape but Stipe cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Stipe loads up with a big shot that hurts Ng! He's pulled Stipe in close but Stipe has postured up and lands more strikes. Can Ng survive? More strikes from Stipe and Ng is out! The ref jumps in to save him! Brutal ground and pound!
