Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Royce Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Michael Buffer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Royce Gracie could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Michael Buffer's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice shot lands for Buffer.
Gracie catches Buffer with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Buffer swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Buffer fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Gracie manages to avoid it.
A looping hook to the body misses from Gracie. Buffer does a little dance to reset his feet.

Gracie steps into range and cracks Buffer with a monster punch that buckles his knees! Buffer flops backwards and Gracie dives into his guard looking to finish!

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Buffer takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Buffer tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Gracie was well out of range. Poor timing from Buffer.
Gracie looks to land a combination but Buffer avoids it well.

Buffer rushes Gracie and presses him up against the cage.
Gracie blocks an uppercut.
Gracie wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Buffer has him pressed against the cage.
A left hand lands to the body for Buffer.
Buffer tries to work over Gracie's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Gracie fails to land with a short punch on the inside.

That was a close round but I would say that Royce Gracie will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Gracie will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Buffer on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Gracie lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Buffer is looking to close the distance but Gracie sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Buffer crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Buffer is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
