The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
brown stuffs the takedown.

Capetto has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.

brown is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.

brown tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Capetto smiles and moves away.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Capetto stands and steps away. brown gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Capetto is on top in guard.

Capetto stands up and beckons brown to his feet.
brown shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Capetto but Capetto pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Cosme Capetto has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Gordon brown.
Capetto swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

brown bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Capetto stops brown from passing to mount.
Capetto wants to control but brown postures up.

brown goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Capetto has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for brown but great work by Capetto.

brown is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Capetto off and has taken his back!
Capetto looks to control his opponent's hands but he's not mananging it at the moment.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
brown looking to sit in guard and control but Capetto gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!

brown has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Capetto is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for brown.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Capetto is just content to waste time from the top position. brown takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
