Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Scot Santana (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yuri Boyka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Aleksandr Martynov and Fedor Mirinova.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A combination from Boyka does no damage.
Boyka closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Santana lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Boyka has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Santana keeps control of Boyka as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Santana stands up over Boyka, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Boyka is still in real trouble! Can Santana finish him?
Santana arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! Boyka's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!
