The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tupper V keeps the fight on the outside.
LaCrosse wants to clinch.
Tupper V throws out a counter right but LaCrosse avoids it with no problem.
LaCrosse moves in looking to clinch but Tupper V pushes him off.

and Tupper V counters with a three punch combo that has LaCrosse backing up. LaCrosse nods at Tupper V to acknowledge the strikes.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

LaCrosse lands a nice hook to Tupper V's body. Tupper V takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Tupper V wants to slow LaCrosse down by chopping away at his legs.

LaCrosse drops Tupper V onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Tupper V is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Tupper V's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Tupper V is aggressively charging in as LaCrosse backs up avoiding any damage. LaCrosse tosses out a jab and Tupper V runs right into it face first! Tupper V is out cold! LaCrosse dropped down on all fours and is barking in Tupper V's face like a pit bull in celebration until the ref was finally able to pull him away!
