Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Phoenix Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Steve Hackett (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hackett has chosen Genesis - Firth of Fith as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hackett takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
That kick from Hackett tenderised Smith's leg. Smith is trying to keep his angry face on.
Smith tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Hackett paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Hackett lands a nice leg kick that just misses Smith's sensitive parts.
Hackett looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Hackett lands a big head kick that sends Smith tumbling to the mat! Hackett takes a step backwards and waves Smith back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Steve Hackett seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hackett feints a jab and as Smith dips his head, Hackett unleashes a brutal head kick that catches Smith right on the jaw! Timbeeer! Smith falls backwards in slow motion, only propped up by the cage! Hackett smiles a psychotic smile as he stares down his unconscious opponent. That is a scary man.
