Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Emre Hussain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Olaf Thorsson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Emre Hussain!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Olaf Thorsson!
The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Igor Prikhodko and Illya Tyunina.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

It looked like Hussain wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.

It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Hussain here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man.
