These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ayers chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Greenwald can pounce on him.
Greenwald shoots in for a double leg but Ayers sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Greenwald fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Ayers looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Greenwald throws a counter combo.
Ayers displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Greenwald.
Fausto Ayers has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Justin Greenwald.

Ayers dives in and scores a takedown into Greenwald's guard.

Ayers stands up from the dominant position. He obviously fancies his chances standing.
Ayers shoots for a takedown but Greenwald saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Ayers lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.

Ayers decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Greenwald, up you get!

Greenwald wants to get back to his feet but Ayers passes into half guard.

Ayers is working for a guillotine from mount but Greenwald frees his head quite easily.
Greenwald tries to hold on but Ayers pushes him away.

Ayers quickly switches position and commits to an armbar! It's a big risk for Ayers but it's paid off an Greenwald is forced to tap! Nice work by Ayers.
