Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Raphael Bowie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sean Taylor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Taylor has chosen Tool - Pushit as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Raphael Bowie had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 26 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Raphael Bowie!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Sean Taylor!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Robert Twigg and Tiny Johnson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Taylor on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Bowie. Bowie obviously looking to wear him down.
Taylor moves out of range of the body kick from Bowie.
Taylor shoots in looking for a takedown. Bowie tries to sprawl out of it but Taylor keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Bowie manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Taylor dives in and grabs Bowie's left leg, looking for a takedown. Bowie pushes down on Taylor's head and hops out.
Bowie connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Taylor's hands.
Bowie throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Taylor stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Taylor shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Bowie as he avoids it easily.
Raphael Bowie has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sean Taylor.
Bowie throws a leg kick that misses.

Taylor shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Taylor looks to land a strike but Bowie avoids it nicely and regains full guard.
Taylor missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.

Taylor postures up in Bowie's guard and throws a big left but Bowie blocks it.

Taylor shoots in looking for a takedown but Bowie manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Taylor's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Bowie paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Taylor goes for a double leg but Bowie avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Bowie continues to drive forward.

Taylor changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Bowie tries to avoid it but Taylor manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Bowie to the ground. Bowie escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Bowie enables Taylor to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Bowie manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Taylor accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Taylor throws an elbow that misses. Bowie uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Taylor's guard. Nice move by Bowie!

Bowie lets his hands go wild with a nice combination. Left! Right! Uppercut! Spinning backfist! Taylor goes down and covers up as Bowie starts wailing on him! The ref watches the action closely before stepping in and putting a stop to the fight!
