Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Thaddeus Bell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joaquin Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Silva darts in and clinches Bell up against the cage.
Bell tries to pull guard but Silva won't allow it.
A head punch on the inside from Silva fails to land.
Silva is stalling here.
Silva tries to break free but Bell pushes him back against the cage.
Bell displaying some good clinch control by pressing Silva up against the cage.
Bell really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Silva is working for takedown but Bell is calmly controlling the position for now.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

That was a close round but I would say that Thaddeus Bell will probably get the nod.

Bell will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Silva up against the cage.
Silva blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Bell's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

Silva feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Silva changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Bell tries to avoid it but Silva manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Bell to the ground. Bell escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

Bell moves into range and clinches up with Silva.
Bell is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Silva gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Silva goes for a takedown attempt but Bell pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
