The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson with a poor takedown

and Gonawyn moves into the clinch.
A head punch on the inside from Jackson fails to land.
Jackson prevents the takedown attempt.
Jackson drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Gonawyn goes for a takedown attempt but Jackson pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Jackson scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Jackson swings widly with a right hand

and Gonawyn holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Jackson changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Gonawyn fights it off and pushes away nicely.
King Gonawyn has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Isaac Jackson.

Jackson closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Jackson lands in his opponent's guard.

Gonawyn uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Gonawyn really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Jackson misses with a takedown

and Gonawyn decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Jackson's guard.
Jackson wants to improve his position but instead Gonawyn has moved into half guard.
Gonawyn passes the guard and advances to mount!

Gonawyn is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Jackson is forced to tap! Great finish!
