Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Danny Rand (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Erik Draven (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Draven has chosen Cobra Kai Fight Song as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Erik Draven!
The judges for this bout are Santiago Holmes, Sandra Marshall and Winston Alpacca.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Draven scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Draven fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Draven swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Rand counters with a lovely straight right hand!
It looks like Erik Draven has been cut.
Draven throws a right hand that Rand ducks under and follows up with a left that Rand also avoids with ease.
Rand throws a lazy right hand but Draven sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Draven let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
Rand lands an uppercut, right on the button! Draven tumbles backwards into the ropes, staring vacantly into space! He's got no idea where he is, who he is or what day it is... Poor guy.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Danny Rand!
