Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Ezequiel Wilcox (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chad Faber (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Chad Faber was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Faber ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Wilcox is looking to clinch.
Faber throws out a counter right but Wilcox avoids it with no problem.
Wilcox fails to land the takedown.
Faber misses with a body shot.
Faber connects with a body shot.
Faber keeps the fight on the outside.
Wilcox looks for a takedown but Faber sprawls well.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Wilcox misses with a kick to the body.
Faber stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Faber wants it to stay on the feet.

Faber has taken the fight to the clinch.
Faber wants to break free but Wilcox has control.
Faber lands a nice uppercut.
Faber is trying to break the clinch but Wilcox is controlling him.
Wilcox is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Faber is defending well.
Wilcox drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Faber gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Wilcox pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.

Faber manages to break the clinch.
Wilcox tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

and Faber counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Wilcox tries for a takedown but Faber circles away easily
and Faber makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Wilcox is breathing heavily.

Wilcox gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Faber gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Wilcox is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!
