The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Simonato looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Simonato looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Schultz pushes off an throws an elbow but Simonato leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.

Schultz drags the fight down to the ground.

Schultz wanted to stand there but Simonato had control of the position.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Schultz lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.

Simonato has an active guard here but Schultz has managed to pass into half guard.

Schultz wants to get back to his feet.
Well, if Schultz is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Schultz lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Schultz winds up and cracks Simonato with a swinging punch to the side of the head.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Schultz seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Simonato is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
