Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Lenard Rivera (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jamaal Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jamaal Jackson!
The judges for this bout are Chris Dean, Hugh Johnson and Darius Henderson.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Rivera darts in and clinches Jackson up against the cage.
Jackson wants to get back to striking at distance but Rivera won't allow it.
Rivera keeps control of Jackson as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
A frustrated look appears on Jackson's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Rivera pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Rivera really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Jackson throws a shot to the body.
Rivera uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Jackson.
Jackson misses the jab.

Rivera pushes Jackson up against the cage in a clinch.
Rivera misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Jackson.

Rivera's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
A punch combination from Jackson misses.
Jackson throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Jackson wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Rivera takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Jackson lands a nice hook to Rivera's body. Rivera takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Jamaal Jackson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Sloppy strikes from Jackson. Those never looked like landing.
Jackson feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Riveras jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Rivera moves into the clinch.

Jackson's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Jackson throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Rivera stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Jackson tries to bum rush Rivera with a series of wild strikes but Rivera uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Jackson works over Rivera's head and body with a nice combination.

It looks like Lenard Rivera has been cut.
Rivera uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Jackson.
As Jackson looks to move away, Rivera throws a big counter combo but Jackson just gets out of the way.

Rivera takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Rivera closes the distance and clinches.
Jackson looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Jackson has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

Jackson escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Jackson throws a series of punches but Rivera avoids them all with ease.
Rivera doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

Jackson lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

Rivera is rocked!
Jackson lands a big right hook! Rivera looks hurt but is still standing! Jackson lands a left jab and another right hook! This time Rivera falls down and Jackson dives in with a huge hammer fist! Rivera's eyes roll back! The referee calls for the bell and Jackson runs up the cage to celebrate with his fans!
