The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Morris fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Lonnie Vaughn seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Vaughn comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Morris takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Morris fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Vaughn manages to avoid it.
Vaughn digs a good hook to Morris's body.

Vaughn scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Vaughn feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Morriss jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Nice uppercut lands for Vaughn. That snapped Morris's head back.
Vaughn uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Morris has time to react.

Vaughn lands a jab to the nose.
Oh Morris is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Vaughn circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Morris drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Vaughn follows Morris to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
