Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Ramon Rodriguez!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Eyeam Yurmommy!
The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Matti Vanhoillinen and Arvi Lind.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick misses from Rodriguez.
Yurmommy has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Rodriguez.
Yurmommy has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Yurmommy should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Yurmommy jabs at Rodriguez's body.
Rodriguez throws a leg kick but Yurmommy checks it.
Yurmommy shoots in and bounces Rodriguez off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Yurmommy sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Rodriguez's guard.
Rodriguez is in a tricky position. We've heard reports from his gym mates at Firewalker Fighting & Fitness that he's been drilling escapes, so let's see if he can get back to his feet.
Yurmommy looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Yurmommy is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Rodriguez is just riding it out for now. Yurmommy eventually gives up the hold.
Yurmommy seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Yurmommy trying to control the action but Rodriguez is working from the bottom.
Rodriguez really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Yurmommy is working for a submission of some sort.
Yurmommy wants to pass to mount but Rodriguez is defending the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Yurmommy is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Rodriguez is just riding it out for now. Yurmommy eventually gives up the hold.
Rodriguez is in trouble now - Yurmommy has advanced to mount!
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Yurmommy is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Yurmommy extends the arm and Rodriguez is forced to tap!

Eyeam Yurmommy looked relieved post fight as he said the following; 'Eyeam Yurmommy and when I say that you have to go to sleep, you have to go to sleep !'.
