Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Frederik Muller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Taylor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Muller comes to the cage accompanied by Johnny Cash - Hurt. Frederik Muller has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Jonathan Paton and Columbo Gatti.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Taylor swings for the body but Muller moves out of range.
Frederik Muller seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Taylor throws a nice looking combination but Muller bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Muller shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Taylor as he avoids it easily.

Taylor pushes Muller up against the cage in a clinch.
Taylor is trying to break the clinch but Muller has him pressed against the cage.
Muller wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Taylor has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Muller is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Muller fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Muller lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!
Taylor drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Muller has hold of one of Taylor's legs. Taylor is fighting the takedown attempt but Muller gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Taylor is on top in guard.

Muller had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Taylor is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Muller Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Taylor's back instead.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Muller seems to be looking to move to his opponent's back but Taylor is holding on tight.
Taylor wants to control but Muller is having none of it.

Muller goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Taylor is on top in guard.

It looks like Frederik Muller has been cut.
Horrible takedown by Taylor or perhaps it was just good defense by Muller which made him look bad.
Frederik Muller has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mike Taylor.

and Taylor counters with a nice double leg into side control. Muller won't be happy with that.

Muller is persistently looking for the submission but Taylor is defending it well.

and Taylor decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Muller's guard.

Taylor wants to pass the guard but Muller is keeping the position.
Taylor slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Taylor is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but Muller still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, Muller has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work!

Taylor content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Muller has locked up a guillotine! Muller's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Taylor is holding on here and Muller must be using up a lot of energy. Taylor has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Muller gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!
