Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Armand Mckee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jan Steen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jan Steen has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Armand Mckee!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jan Steen!
The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Nard Betker and Aafke Stam.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Steen shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Mckee is looking for a counter combo.
Steen looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Mckee goes for a double leg but Steen avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Steen continues to drive forward.
Steen stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Steen wants it to stay on the feet.
Steen tries to work over Mckee's front leg with a kick but Mckee checks it.
As Steen looks to move away, Mckee throws a big counter combo but Steen just gets out of the way.

Mckee looked to counter with a high kick but didn't commit.
Mckee leaves Steen with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Mckee tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Steen paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Jan Steen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Steen tries a head kick but it misses.

Mckee stuffs the takedown attempt from Steen. Steen gets slowly back to his feet.
Mckee tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Steen manages to circle out of the way.

Steen fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Mckee, pushing him back against the cage.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Mckee looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.

That was a close round but I would say that Armand Mckee will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Steen throws a push kick but Mckee slaps the foot to one side.
Steen misses with a takedown attempt - Mckee sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Jan Steen showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Mckee throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Steen tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Mckee is in Steen's guard.

And Steen responds with a good body kick, but Mckee manages to step out the way in time.

Steen fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Mckee avoids it really well and circles away.

Mckee closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Steen quickly recovers to half guard.

An attempted straight right counter from Mckee misses the target.
Horrible takedown attempt by Steen or perhaps it was just good defense by Mckee, which made it look bad.
Mckee shoots in for a double leg but Steen sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Mckee is looking to clinch but Steen is avoiding it.

Steen gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Steen successfully pulls guard.
Mckee postures up in Steen's guard and throws a big left but Steen blocks it.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Jan Steen comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Steen has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
