Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Tito Jackson !
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Adis Lizrus!
The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Phil Schofield and Sam Margolis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Lizrus tries to grapple but his opponent circles
enabling Jackson to counter with a crisp jab.
Lizrus tries to score a power double leg takedown but Jackson sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Lizrus somewhat.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Jackson misses with an uppercut.
Lizrus tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.

Lizrus dives in and scores a takedown into Jackson 's guard.

Jackson has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Lizrus off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Lizrus slips a straight right by Jackson .
A jab from Jackson misses.
Lizrus let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
Lizrus tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Jackson counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Jackson lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Jackson connects with a right hand. Lizrus shakes it off.
Jackson lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Lizrus backs up against the cage.

Lizrus closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Jackson quickly recovers to half guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Lizrus has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Jackson is controlling an arm, preventing Lizrus from taking his back. Although keeping him in mount is no better to be honest.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Lizrus controlling the pace for now.
Jackson is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
Lizrus tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Lizrus wants to take his opponent's back but Jackson doesn't allow it.
Jackson knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Lizrus on the ground.

Lizrus is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Lizrus extends the arm and Jackson is forced to tap!
