The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Anderson shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Anderson showed some decent athleticism there.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Emelianenko slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
Anderson is looking to work some ground and pound but Emelianenko has wrist control.

Apparently not! He's locked it up tight! Anderson's face has turned purple! Will he tap? Will he! YES! He's tapped! Emelianenko picked his opening and made it count! Great finish!
