The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Quizney shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
No joy there for Quizney, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Ubermann seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.

Quizney moves into range and clinches up with Ubermann.

Ubermann blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Ubermann lands a left hand.
Quizney doesn't land with the attempted body shot.

Ubermann breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Quizney fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Ubermann looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Good standup being displayed there by Ubermann as he connects with a hook.
Quizney stalks Ubermann and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Ubermann's face. Ubermann staggers backwards, shaken.

It looks like Klaus Ubermann has been cut.
Robert Quizney seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Ubermann drops Quizney with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Quizney! Ubermann dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
