Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Peter James (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hiroyuki Okamoto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). James comes to the cage accompanied by micheal jackson beat it. Okamoto has chosen Feel the Drive as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Peter James could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Hiroyuki Okamoto's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jab, jab by James - just one landing.
James checks the leg kick nicely there.
Okamoto moves out of range as James strikes.
A head kick misses from Okamoto.
Okamoto swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by James.
Okamoto misses with a head kick.
James scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Okamoto gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Okamoto shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
James throwing a counter right hand but Okamoto manages to avoid it.
James stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
James misses with a two punch combination.
James ducks under a wild hook from Okamoto.
Okamoto misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
A little feinted left hand from James on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
James connects with a crisp jab.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Hiroyuki Okamoto seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
James bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Okamoto's head backwards.
A low kick from Okamoto is predictable there
and James comes in over the top with a devastating right hand! Okamoto stumbles back against the cage, looking to regain his senses but James is on him like rabid pit bull! Okamoto slumps to the ground under a storm of punches and this fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Peter James!
Peter James decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
