Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Makonnen Amore!
The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Eddie Farnsworth and Alyssa Summers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bon uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Amore.
Amore scores with a shot to the body.
Amore tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Bon was well out of range. Poor timing from Amore.
Bon swinging wildly here.
Amore cracks Bon with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Amore connects with a nice looking jab.
Amore's coach down at Outer Heaven Dojo was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Amore's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Bon cracks the inside of Amore's front leg.
Amore tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Bon was well out of range. Poor timing from Amore.
Amore pulls out of a head kick attempt.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Amore pivots, looking for a leg kick but Bon is out of range and Amore settles back down.
Amore misses with a looping right.
Bon is looking to counter with head kicks.
Amore cracks Bon with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Amore moves into the clinch successfully.

Makonnen Amore seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Amore comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Bon doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Bon is breathing heavily.

Amore goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.

Amore ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Bon moves away.
Amore uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Amore connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Bon misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Bon takes a shot to the body in his stride.

Amore fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Amore scores with a jab to the jaw.
Amore pushes Bon away with a front kick.
Amore tries to land a leg kick but Bon saw it coming and moves away.
Amore swings for the body but Bon moves out of range.
Amore misses with a kick to the body.
Amore lands a jab to the head.
Amore misses with a leg kick.
Amore lands a right hook to the body.
Amore sizes up Bon with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Amore is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Bon rather than just go for the knockout.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Both fighters circling slowly here as the pace drops. Hopefully one of them does someth.. OOOHHHH!!!! Amore throws an absolute beast of a head kick! Bon is done! He's out cold, twisted and contorted up against the cage! Wow!
