From Samoa ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. From Samoa no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
From Samoa is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Davidson must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting From Samoa here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Davidson is looking to regain half guard here but From Samoa keeps moving and retains side control.

From Samoa decides to stand back up. From Samoa steps back and let's Davidson get back to his feet.

From Samoa shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Davidson lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Elijah Davidson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Davidson lands a big right hand that sends From Samoa crashing to the mat! Davidson stays standing though and waves From Samoa back to his feet!


From Samoa is rocked!
Davidson drops a shoulder and throws a monster hook that connects perfectly to the side of From Samoa's head, knocking him out cold! Davidson is extatic as he celebrates with his cornermen.
