Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chuck Steak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rick Dreamie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Dreamie's choice of entrance music: Enter Sandman. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Rick Dreamie!
The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Eddie Farnsworth and John Roberts.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Steak stuffs the takedown.
Dreamie shoots for a double leg takedown but Steak sprawls well. He's pushed Dreamie's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Dreamie misses with a takedown attempt - Steak sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Chuck Steak has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rick Dreamie.
Steak fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Dreamie on the side of the head.
It looks like Rick Dreamie has been cut.
Steak throws a head kick that misses.
Dreamie tries for a takedown but Steak sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Dreamie tries to clinch but Steak moves out of range.
No luck for Dreamie with that takedown attempt.
Dreamie blocks a head kick by Steak.

Steak cracks Dreamie with an uppercut from hell and Dreamie crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Steak's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!
Dreamie is rocked!
Dreamie looks gassed!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Steak is looking to stand up but Dreamie won't let him.
Dreamie working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Steak doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Steak manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Dreamie looking for a guillotine here but Steak defends easily.

Steak decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Steak tries a head kick but it misses.
Dreamie misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Dreamie throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Steak's waist but Steak gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Dreamie off to one side.
Dreamie blocks a head kick by Steak.
Steak tries a head kick but it misses.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Steak rushes Dreamie and presses him up against the cage.
Dreamie takes a knee right on the jaw!
Steak breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Steak pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Dreamie takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Dreamie shoots in but Steak avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Steak throws a head kick that misses.
Steak throws a head kick but Dreamie moves out of range.
A head kick misses from Steak.
Nice takedown defense from Steak. No joy for Dreamie on that attempt.

Steak lands with a slapping head kick.
That has opened up Rick Dreamie's cut even more.

Dreamie closes the distance and clinches up with Steak, looking for a takedown. Dreamie pushes Steak against the cage but Steak circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Dreamie tries for a takedown but Steak sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Steak tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Dreamie decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Steak avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Dreamie.
Dreamie wants to pass the guard but Steak is defending well.
Dreamie wants to stand up but Steak is controlling the position.
Steak tries to kick Dreamie off but Dreamie keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Dreamie is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Steak is just riding it out for now. Dreamie eventually gives up the hold.

Steak is defending against the submission attempts here by Dreamie.
Steak is trying to stand up here but Dreamie is controlling him well.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Chuck Steak dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Rick Dreamie's cut.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Steak throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Dreamie throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Steak's waist but Steak gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Dreamie off to one side.
Dreamie slips under a jab from Steak.
Dreamie shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Steak takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
Steak is really trying hard to get back to his feet.
Dreamie sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!
Dreamie lands a nice shot to the head.
Dreamie looking to isolate an arm here. Steak doesn't see it coming and as Dreamie extends the arm, he's forced to tap out! Nice submission by Dreamie!
