The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Van Steyne takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Van Steyne feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to McStoner's calf.

Van Steyne shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
McStoner throws an overhand right that lands on Van Steyne's shoulder, as Van Steyne tries to avoid the shot.
McStoner scores with a sloppy right hand. Van Steyne should have avoided that one.
Van Steyne with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Van Steyne feints and then cracks McStoner's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow McStoner down.
Van Steyne fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and McStoner has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Duke McStoner decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
