Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Palle Puukottaja (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Arn de Gotia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Arn de Gotia will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Palle Puukottaja!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Arn de Gotia!
The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Tarja Halkonen and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Puukottaja drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
de Gotia keeping moving, preventing Puukottaja from controlling successfully.
Puukottaja is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Puukottaja trying to control but de Gotia is working from the bottom.
Puukottaja thows a big elbow that misses.
de Gotia uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Puukottaja bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
de Gotia tries to buck Puukottaja off but Puukottaja is having none of it.
de Gotia is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Puukottaja has just dragged him back down to the mat.
Puukottaja tries for a kimura but de Gotia is defending well.
Puukottaja is staying tight to de Gotia's torso, preventing him from escaping.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Puukottaja prevents de Gotia from escaping the position.
Puukottaja has an Americana. de Gotia didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Puukottaja is delighted and gyrates infront of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Puukottaja hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
