Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 7 - 1, fighting out of New York, Alvin Loredo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 2 - 1, fighting out of New York, Bill Bronson!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, and Jack Bonds.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Loredo's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Loredo duly obliges.
Loredo is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Bronson.
Bronson drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Loredo defends it well.
Loredo throws a lazy right hand but Bronson sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Loredo misses with a low kick.
Loredo lands a jab to the head.
Bronson scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
A nice combination there by Loredo.


Bronson is rocked!
Bronson shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Loredo but Loredo pushes him off and we're back to square one.

We've been hearing good reports from Loredo's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
