The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Matsuo cracks Road with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Matsuo fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Road looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Road tries to clinch but Matsuo moves away
and Matsuo counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Matsuo misses with a body shot.
Road lands with a right hand.

It looks like Leonardo Matsuo has been cut.
Matsuo just misses with a punch to the body.
Road seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.
Road goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Matsuo moves away from the strike by Road.
Matsuo throws out a counter right but Road avoids it with no problem.
Road fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Road misses with an uppercut.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Matsuo! But no joy.
Matsuo slips a jab from Road.
Road tries to clinch but Matsuo is having none of it.
Matsuo is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Road with a body shot.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Road throws a hook but Matsuo avoids it easily.

Road misses with a combination
letting Matsuo counter with a right hand.

It looks like Will Road has been cut.
Road fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Matsuo manages to avoid it.
Matsuo is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Road with a body shot.

Road lands a big uppercut and Matsuo crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Matsuo looks OK. Road waves Matsuo back to his feet!

Matsuo is rocked!
Matsuo blocks a head kick by Road.
Road throws a series of punches but Matsuo moves out of range.
Matsuo let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
Road drops Matsuo with a naaaaasty hook - Matsuo is in real trouble here! Road dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!
