Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jake Orange (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Damien Roads (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Roads slips under a jab.
Roads takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Roads ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Orange moves away.
Orange misses with a head kick.
Orange throws a sloppy head kick and Roads moves out of range easily.
Orange ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Roads takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Orange comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Orange connects with a nice looking jab.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Orange, as that shot connected.
Roads takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Orange uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Roads.

Roads slips a straight right by Orange.
Roads drops his hands momentarily and Orange takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Orange looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Orange is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.

Orange uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Roads.

Roads is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Roads lands a big uppercut and Orange crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Orange looks OK. Roads waves Orange back to his feet!

It looks like Jake Orange has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Roads now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Roads takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.

and Roads connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Orange throws a jab when Roads was well out of range.
Roads is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Orange.

Orange ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Orange misses with a head kick.
A slow jab from Orange misses its intended target.
Roads looks to land a left hand but Orange moved out of range nicely.
Orange throws an overhand right that lands on Roads's shoulder, as Roads tries to avoid the shot.
Sloppy strikes from Orange. Those never looked like landing.
Orange looks to score with a jab to the body but Roads is just out of range.
Orange misses with a double jab.
Orange ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Roads moves away.
Orange waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Roads.
A nice side step and Roads releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Orange lands with an overhand left.
Orange avoids the body shot from Roads.

Roads cracks Orange with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Roads has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Orange to stand back up!

Orange is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Roads is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Orange with a body shot.
Oh Orange is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Are you kidding me?! Roads ducked down and unloaded an uppercut from hell that sent Orange clean off his feet! Someone make me a GIF - that's knockout of the night for sure!
