Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jim Katzer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Michael Crazki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jim Katzer!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Michael Crazki!
The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Yukihiro Shimada and Kenichi Hosakawa.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Crazki fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Crazki changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Katzer tries to avoid it but Crazki manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Katzer to the ground. Katzer escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Crazki shoots in for a double leg but Katzer sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Jim Katzer has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Michael Crazki.
Crazki fails in his attempt to clinch.

Katzer feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Katzer has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Crazki is trying to keep Katzer in close.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Crazki pushes a forearm under Katzer's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Katzer is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
