Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Buddy Lyles!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Liam Bourne!
The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Richard Clark and Sam Margolis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lyles jabs at Bourne's body.
Bourne tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Lyles attempts a counter takedown but Bourne avoids it well and moves away.
Liam Bourne seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Lyles looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Lyles will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Lyles not landing any meaningful shots this time.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Lyles lands a nice short elbow.
Bourne taking some punishment here, with Lyles in his half guard.

It looks like Liam Bourne has been cut.
Lyles thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Bourne is trying to stand up here but Lyles is controlling him well.
Lyles scoring with strikes to the body and head.

That has opened up Liam Bourne's cut even more.
Bourne is trying to maintain the position but Lyles is very close to passing his half guard.
Lyles working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

The cut above Liam Bourne's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Lyles is figuring out what he wants to do next.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Bourne misses with some strikes from the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Lyles prevents Bourne from improving his position.
Lyles winds up and cracks Bourne with a swinging punch to the side of the head.

Bourne is rocked!

Liam Bourne's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Liam Bourne's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
