Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Javier Fernandez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jet Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lee looks to land a body kick but Fernandez moved away.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Lee is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Fernandez throws a lazy right hand but Lee sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Lee fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Fernandez manages to avoid it.

Fernandez shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Lee's guard.

Lee got a little sloppy there for a moment and Fernandez has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Lee has managed to get both his arms back between Fernandez's legs - danger averted.
