The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wright misses with a body kick.
coton tries to clinch there but Wright circles away.
Wright throws a jab but it's blocked by coton.
coton throws a right hand that Wright ducks under and follows up with a left that Wright also avoids with ease.

and coton counters by clinching up.

coton breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Wright keeps the fight on the outside.
coton showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Wright.
coton shoots in and drives through. Wright sprawls well.
coton shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Wright but Wright pushes him off and we're back to square one.

jamie coton seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
coton scores with a one two! Wright had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

coton tries to clinch but Wright is having none of it.
coton tries to close the distance and clinch but Wright swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
