Kriel closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Diet lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Kriel.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Diet.
A nice left hand lands by Diet.

A right hand to the body from Diet.
Kriel should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Diet lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Kriel backwards.
Diet lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Kriel or not.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Diet lands with a short shot to the head.

Diet drops Kriel onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Kriel is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!

Kriel is rocked!
Diet pushes Kriel against the cage and as Kriel bounces back, Diet cracks him with a massive overhand right that sends him crashing to the mat! Diet follows up with more strikes but Kriel was out from that first, devastating punch! Wow!
