Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Russell Pearce and Jorge Garcia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Capobianco pushes Makhachev back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Capobianco tries to pull guard but Makhachev holds him up against the cage and eventually Capobianco drops back down to his feet.
Capobianco is trying to maintain a safe position but Makhachev gets an underhook and turns Capobianco into the cage.
Makhachev breaks the clinch.
Capobianco tries to clinch up but Makhachev circles away and keeps his distance.
Makhachev closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Makhachev lands in his opponent's guard.
Capobianco pushes Makhachev off and gets back to his feet.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Alfredo Capobianco.
