The judges for this bout are Peter Branson, Daniel Franklin and Santiago Holmes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Haddadi throws a combination but it was largely blocked by James.
Haddadi goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
James closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
James not landing any meaningful shots this time.
James throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
James seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Haddadi does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
James prevents Haddadi from improving his position.
James works his way into full mount!
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
James swings around for an armbar and he's got it! Wow, that came out of nowhere! What a finish!
