The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lao tries to clinch but Xander moves away
and Xander connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

and Xander counters with a leg kick then a big left hand that sends Lao down! Xander is looking to finish but Lao is intelligently defending himself.

Lao is rocked!
Xander trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Oh Lao is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Xander throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Lao works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Lao kicks Xander off and gets to his feet.
Xander cracks Lao with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Lao tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Xander pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Lao is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
