Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Levi Strop (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Koko Glavata (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Koko Glavata!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Peter Branson and Santiago Holmes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Glavata throws a right and a left that both miss.
Glavata shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Strop manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Strop trying to keep a closed guard but Glavata is proving a slippery customer.
Glavata pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Strop is keeping the position for now.
Strop wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and Glavata is now in half guard.
Strop is looking to escape.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Strop has a hand on Glavata's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Glavata takes advantage of the position though and mounts him!
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Glavata cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Strop knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Glavata on the ground.
Glavata gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks!

Strop gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Glavata is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.

Strop breaks the clinch.

Glavata throws a left and a right that both miss
and Strop holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Strop tries to score a body lock takedown but Glavata shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Strop manages to break the clinch.
Strop takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Glavata shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Glavata uses his free foot to push down on Strop's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Strop.

Glavata looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.
Glavata with shots to the head and body - Strop looks very uncomfortable down there.
Glavata looking to control but Strop is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Glavata controlling the pace for now.
Glavata trying to control but he's not successful this time.

Strop tries to hold on but Glavata pushes him away.
Strop is controlling an arm, preventing Glavata from taking his back. Although keeping him in mount is no better to be honest.
Glavata avoids the attempt from Strop to control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Glavata is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Strop can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Glavata looking to control but Strop is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Strop is desperately trying to get back to half guard.

Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Glavata lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Koko Glavata dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Glavata misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Levi Strop is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Strop dives in for a single leg takedown but Glavata sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Strop misses with a double jab
and Glavata counters with a left and a right that stings Strop.
Glavata fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Strop to the ground. Glavata is now in Strop's guard.
Glavata is standing up over Strop. Strop looks to escape but Glavata dives into side control.
Strop is rocked!
Oh Strop is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Strop wants to control but Glavata postures up.
Glavata is working to tighten his grip on Strop's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Strop has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Glavata is really squeezing tight and eventually Strop passes out! Glavata breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
