The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Burt is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Yefimov can't fight it off and eventually Burt manages to take the fight to the floor. Yefimov looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
You get the feeling that Yefimov really doesn't like being in this position too much.

Yefimov is desperately trying to improve his position but Burt has a good base and remains in mount.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Yefimov. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man.
Burt gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Yefimov points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. Burt wakes up just in time to hear Yefimov thank his coaches in the post fight interview.
