The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lauda closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Yefimov quickly recovers to half guard.
Yefimov is trying to stand up here but Lauda is controlling him well.
Lauda passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Yefimov!
Yefimov looking to escape from mount but he's given up his back!
Yefimov is trying to stand back up.
Lauda is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Yefimov has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Lauda has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Yefimov taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Lauda doesn't care though - he's delighted!
